If you would prefer a different preparation, the menu also includes salmon with a lemon, dill and white wine sauce, topped with prawns; sweet chilli salmon with ginger and coriander; breaded scampi with tartar sauce; and prawn jalfrezi with rice and naan bread. These are distinct dishes, so choose according to the flavours you enjoy.
